Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Bill Stumpf, is the CEO of Tri-County Neighbors Helping Neighbors.

Bill has been a resident of Tega Cay, SC since 1999. Since he retired after working 35 Years for Grainger Industrial Supply USA, as well as 5 years consulting for Bosch Rexroth USA, where he helped develop & supported their National Account Program.

Bill has been married to his sweetheart, Linda, for 42 years. They are blessed with three great children, Jason, Daniel and Heather. They also have three grandchildren, Madison , William, and Finnegan Drexler. Bill has served as Chairman of “Tega Cay Community Relations” for 6 years and has been the President & CEO of “Tega Cay Neighbors Helping Neighbors “, a (501c3) non-profit organization since 2005.t of Tega Cay, SC since 1999. Since he retired after working 35 Years for Grainger Industrial Supply USA, as well as 5 years consulting for Bosch Rexroth USA, where he helped develop & supported their National Account Program.

Bill has held a position as Sleep Expert for Sleep Number Beds. He has developed a business plan to help people with critical illnesses coordinate their insurance claims, medical and personal bills to effectively process all payments in a timely manner. “Medical Payment Coordinators” are responsible for ensuring unpaid and partially paid claims are resolved in an efficient and timely manner. They help to resolve Explanation of Benefits (EOB) discrepancies and research applicable refunds, monitor collections, net/gross and days in accounts receivable to ensure payment targets are met.
